Individual Therapy:

 50 min

We provide 50 minutes of individualized therapy which includes both in person or teletherapy. During this service we provide psycho-education in addition to utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Strengths-based practice.

Couples Therapy:

45-75 minutes

We provide up to 75 minutes of couples therapy which includes both in person or teletherapy. During this service we provide psycho-education in addition to utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions that are effective for couples counseling.

90 minutes

We provide 90 minutes of family therapy which includes both in person or teletherapy. During this service we provide psycho-education in addition to utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions that are designed to assist families in the healing process.
